You may use a virtual keyboard on the screen, but you'll need to enter a lot of info on this stage. Just hook up any USB keyboard and enter all info in 5 minutes. Sadly, there is no way to move between options right with keyboard arrows - you need to swap keyboard with controller several times when entering or filling any data.
I have permamently attached Apple's USB keyboard, that fits in my case perfectly and have a similar design with Xbox 360. Picture As long as I don't have headset (Core package), there are absolutely no problems now to enter a quick message to my friend, or just name any savegame or custom file.
Just get a really cheap USB keyboard from a store like Fry's. It'll only be like $5 and it does the job. You might want to get an extension cord, too, though. Most keyboard wires don't reach too far.
i think that plug in mini keyboard is supposed to be released may 17th isnt it?

I think so, but I'm assuming it's going to have a hefty price tag. It also looks like a really, really tiny KB. I'd rather have a standard size KB in my lap than a tiny KB getting in my way on my controller.Â

i think if you canget over size or it is bigger than expected then it would be a good thing to have once messenger comes to xbox because then it would not interupt play as much as havin 2 gt ur KB out and all that

Well that's why I was saying to just have it sitting on your lap. I just don't see it being easy to type on such a tiny KB. I like a standard sized one.Â
