the falcon units come with the improved heatsinks and I believe the chips are now 65nm instead of 90nm.

Can i ask, how exactly do you tell what one you have?, can you tell by model number or something???.Stoner-Pimp

Check the power supply's sticker and if it says 175W its a falcon but if it says 203W then its old. Just look for that and you will know if its a falcon.

The newer the model the more likely you are to have a falcon or heat sinks. The best 360s are the ones that have a manufacturing date after July 2007. However, while the technology is some what improved, the RRoD can still happen if you're careless.
