Do the new elites have the new cooling/65nm?

I'm not too techy...but I do know Premium and Arcades have recently gotten a new chipset or the like and cooling, as of August.

What I am wondering is - is this new set up to be found in new elites as well?

the elites dont have a different cooling system but somehow microsoft have managed to make them un-overheatable(if thats a real word) probably that new chip. hope that gives you your answer.
