Assassins Creed had a chance, but after the bad reviews im sure its out of the running. Now its up to Halo 3, Mass Effect and CoD4. Because CoD4 is so short and Halo 3 is considered "overrated", I am sure Mass Effect will take goty, even though deep down I wish Halo 3 would win.
It's tough keeping bioshock in mind, but it really kicked off the string of amazing games. I think it's got a good shot, but being that it's nearly the same thing as SS2, it might get some points deducted in creativity.
