Do Used GOTY Games Still Come with DLC?

I want to get Fallout 3 GOTY used, but I don't know if the used copies have the DLC on the disk, or if it came as a download code.

So do I get the used GOTY, or get the regular and get the DLC through XBL?

If the DLC comes on a disc it should be fine...I think. A lot of times they come on the download cards though, which are one time use only. I'm not sure with Fall out 3 though. 

My nephew let me borrow his DLC disc of Fallout 3 GOTY edition (one disk is the game, the other disk is the DLC), so I could install the DLC onto my HDD. It worked fine and I played through them all.

It should work. Just make sure when you buy the used version to check that BOTH disks are there and that one is the game and the other is the DLC.

Yep, if DLC is disc based, you'll be OK. Fallout 3, Oblivion and Borderlands GOTY editions ALL came with disc based DLC...
