like in world at war if yes to more extent or a little less.
if not say why.

When I first say it in WaW I thought it was awesome, adds a little more realism to the game. I'd like to see a person's body part explode and fall on the ground rather than seeing their whole body just fly up into the air and drop.
Nahh, cod feels very arcade like in its style so it shoudlnt try to be realistic. I do think maybe it should have some, but not alot. Blood is cool though
this was probably the best thing about cod 5, i still lol when i blow up some guy on multiplayer:lol: and we need bullet holes in bodies, good ones that stay for more than 10 secs and maybe semi destructible enviroments
dude, I hate to tell you, but if you got hit by granade a foot away, your legs would end up about 10 feet away from your upper half. And if you got blasted with a freakin tank shell right in from of you, I'm not so sure there would be much of anything of you left. Dismemberment is definatly more realistic, I say keep it for the next.Nahh, cod feels very arcade like in its style so it shoudlnt try to be realistic. Too much dismemberment might be a bad thing. It could offend some people, or just turn some off. Some is alright, but not to an extreme.sToK3d
They should make it very realistic. If you get hit by a tank or RPG, then you should be a pile of blood and your body parts shoudl go all over. If it may offend some people, do like GOW2 does and add a filter option.

Why not? It's going to be rated M either way, it will be more impressive if dismemberment is there. We don't need it, but it'd feel like a step backward with out it.vashkeyI agree, but they shouldn't go to over the top with it.
WAW has a much more gritty feel to it than MW did; I think the did dismemberment in WAW is done to the correct amount and doesn't need any more; itadds to the gamebecause ofthe feel of the game. MW or MW2 won't need as much dismemberment because the overall feel of the game won't demand it.
is there dismemberment in CoD5? wow... never noticed. but yeah dismemberment is always a nice Feature in a game.
I liked the gore in WaW was cool at first, but it kind of grossed me out a little later on, and i'm usually a gore fan in games. It's different for me completely annihilating a locust, but i don't like seeing people with their legs in ligaments, i always think of this video i saw on hiroshima.
So i'd say yes, in proportion. But i was fine with what they had in MW.
Of course , I saw a video of the police acting in the slums here in Brazil , and you guys would be surprised of how easy it is to dismember someone or put their intestines out  so yeah , I want it to be real
I love the dismemberment in WaW. They should definatly bring it back in MW2, but if you get shot in the head, like Nazi Zombies, your head should be gone. And hopefully some nerve reactions?
It should depend on what gun you are getting hit with. If you got hit with a standard rifle or handgun in the head your head wouldn't explode. But if it's a .50 Cal, your head would be gone, and there would be a 5 inch wide hole in your chest, or your arm/leg would be tore off.I love the dismemberment in WaW. Cal., maybe heavy machine guns.I don't mind it, but I don't want this to turn into a GoW-fest, I like the blend of realisim and arcade feel in different aspects.
