If you only play with random people you don't know online? Meaning, you only play in pick up groups with random people?

dont get me wrong its a great game but i voted no because i didnt get my worth out of it, also i only payed 35 bucks for it so maybe, but im not that into coop unless im playing with my friends so yeah if youll play coop with anyone then go for it
I'd say the game is good but not $70 good imo. Luckily I bought a brand new copy for $40. Stick with L4D until you have an opportunity to get the 2nd at a lower cost.
Depends.
It possible to enjoy it by playing with random people. I was able to make friends with random people by playing that game, but I prefer playing with actual friends.
Sort of off topic - Personally I prefer playing with most japanese randoms cause for some odd reason I tend to work well as a team with them on versus even though we don't talk to each other compare to people who speak english and have mics.
I voted no. Most randoms just run off and leave you.Doomtime
That's how you win the game. If you're slow, you die. :?
well I just played a few hours of L4D2 online with random groups. I went through the last two parts of Swamp Fever and then all four parts of Dead Center. The first game was decent, tough but decent. The second game, no one was looking out for one another. Two people ran ahead of everyone, but they didn't stick together. By some miracle, I made it all the way through the second game, but still, it wasn't easy. I can't believe people still haven't figured out that this game is all about TEAMWORK! You need to look out for your teammates, make sure you stick together, and move as a unit. You fight together, or you die alone, that simple.

No people just don't care. You get a large bonus if you have more members alive, so why would you just run? Randoms hardly communicate in the game, so buying this game without a good group of friends is something I can't recommend. The online is meant to be what makes L4D2 - though I was not a huge fan of it since Australia does not have a R18+ system, it was still enjoyable.Ragnarok-64true but due to the heavy emphasis on team tactics and teamwork, most people prefer to play only with a group of dedicated friends whom they know can be trusted, rather with random people online, who can vary from skilled, but more than willing to leave you behind if you stop for more than a split second to unbelievably stupid and get lost if you make so much as a sharp left turn.
