DoA4 & Dead Rising? Are they still being produced?

I'm asking this because wherever I go or whatever online site I look at ( UK ) I cant seem to find NEW copies of these 2 games... and im wondering why they are classic when the Xbox360 is only 2 years old?

I bought a new copy of Dead Rising last week. I've only seen preowned copies of DOA4, but i'm sure there are still some new copies around
