I prefer DOA (check out my gamertag), but FNR3 is great too.
It depends what you are into really, I like anime & the like, so I prefer DOA. My bro likes realistic fighting and boxing, so he prefers FNR3.
DOA has more to do though.
Fight Night is a much more valid option people into fighters don't really like DOA its too shallow and more of a button masher than a ral fighter whereas Fight Night has decent competition.A7Xfan
Theres way more competition to DOA4. Try going online. Button mashers always lose. it takes some serious skill
ive got 50 bucks and im getting saints row and either of these 2 games. which is better?CoMeDyChRiS1989
Get Saint's Row
ive got 50 bucks and im getting saints row and either of these 2 games. which is better?CoMeDyChRiS1989Deffinitly DOA4 because with fightnight you pretty much focus on your power attribute and then hammer on the haymaker button or whatever till the other dude has to quite the match due to physical abuse, oh and like 4-5 hours later I had all 1000 points and took the game out andhavent put it back in the tray since, maybe a good rent if you are a boxing fan and/or want a quick easy 1000. DOA4 is definitly alot better.

If you played any multiplayer on that game, you'd get crushed with that strategy. I guess it comes down to if you like to play with friends, get Fight Night, otherwise get DOA4. I've played DOA4 a few times at a friends house and the fighting is as generic as they come. We literally could have been playing any Tekken, previous Dead or Alive, or Virtua Fighter, and it would have been the same thing.
well what type of fighting games do you like better? are yo more into the fast paced with mor depth kind of fighting games? or slow paced simple kind? mother_farteragreed, it depends on what type of gameplay you prefer. i own both and love them each in their own special way
