Does anyone know how to defeat hammerhead in spiderman shattered demensions?

I want to know how beat him when he has the artifact fused to himself.

Wondering the same thing...i was think when you throw an object at him and then he starts throwing those rockets at you become you can somehow catch it and throw it back at him or something like that...but i can't seem to do it...or figure it out.
