Does anyone regret buying an Xbox 360?

I was just wondering.Believe me i'm not trying to troll or anything i just want your opinion.To me i just feel like I MYSELF would like PS3's upcoming exclusives better with Socom, and Resistance 2, Little Big Planet, Killzone 2.Please i'm not trying to bring hate i'm just wondering about you guys opinion.

Gears 2, Fable 2, Banjo, Alan Wake and more! No I do not regret buying my 360 and this thread is useless. If you prefer the games on ps3 then you should have bought that, research before you buy.

nope. I regret buying my wii though

and I don't yet regret buying my ps3, but it is starting to disappoint a little

Personally I would rather own a Wii.

But at least for right now, it seems as though the Xbox 360 is the console to own for good RPGS.

no regrets on my end. the only thing that i hate about the 360 is how i keep getting the three red lights (ring of death) 8th time ftw

I regret it, but I don't regret it because I want a PS3. This gen has me bummed as a gamer. I used to really enjoy most of the games that I purchased. I had never purchased a game that i'd personally say was bad. I had some mediocre ones but that was rare. Most games were like ultimate fun.

This gen, i've purcahsed more games that i've owned on any two prior consoles combined. I still pick games using the same metrics and methods... but out of my 14 games i'd say that only maybe 3 of them are worth their retail price (Mass Effect and Lost Odyssey). about 5 are ok if you can get them for $30 or less and the rest are just flat out bad or are so crappy that I can't really think of a price point where the game is a good purchase.

And most of my games are Metacritic at the AA or higher range so I really feel like i'm a fish out of water.

Yeah, I regret it......... I regret not getting it sooner, best console this generation hands down.

No i dont regret it only when i bought it the first day back in early 2006. Now i love it. Also i didnt have live untill early 2007. and i still enjoyed the xbox360 games still.

Nope i do most of my gaming on my 360 but, i do regret buying a wii.

No way Jose, I am loving my 360 and the games to come, you can't get Gears or Halo on a PS3.

And I know there are fixes for the RRoD but it's annoying to have it really often.

And I know there are fixes for the RRoD but it's annoying to have it really often.

Of course I hate it with a passion as well but if you are willing to dish out a bit of cash go to circuit city for their "special" warranty :P.

:? Yes I do regret it. Not only because I bought a 360 less than a month before the price drop, but because I would have much rather had a PS3. I am more interested in the games that they have than the ones that the 360 has (expecially Heavenly Sword and Folklore). HD DVD has lost the next generation war to BluRay, so that's another reason I want to get a PS3 instead. Unfortunatley, the PS3 is uber expensive, and I am not a rich kid. Hopefully I will be trading my 360 for a PS3 once the price drops to something more reasonable. Until then I'm stuck with the 360 zacattack214

Trust me Zacattack214 Heavenly sword is the female version of God of War and is good but very short and folklore will make you move around the rumble remote so much it will hurt...seriously :P.

Well to me its the best "fix" for the RRoD you can get :P.

I made the switch from PS2 to Xbox 360 and i love it. I would have regretted getting a PS3.Dinotron214

The 360 has many great games, exclusives and multiplats alike. And LIVE is awesome!

The 360 hands-down has the funnest games of this generation. I absolutely love playing mine. The only thing that gets on my nerves is the shoddy hardware. My original got the RROD and the replacement they sent just a few months ago is already starting to freeze up every now and then. :xBubble_Man
