Does Borderlands 2 have fully re-mapable controls (like on a PC)?

Now before all the trolls start bashing me with "the xbox controls are perfect!" and "then why don't you get the PC version!", i'll explain. I dont have a right hand. I have a stump just below the elbow. I play games just fine, except the R-trigger/bumper are basically off limits, hence the reason i need to remap. Many of my friends are playing the xbox version thus the reason I am looking into that.

So, are they mapable?
