Does borderlands still have a lot of people playing online?

I am thinking of getting borderlands again because i want to play the addons. I sold it shortly getting a character up to 50 because it just felt pointless to play after getting to 50 and i wasn't really motivated to do another play through. However, the DLC seem to add a lot more to the gamebut i want to make sure i have people to play with. Is the game still active online, thanks.

yes is one of the top 10 most played games in xbox but i dont know about the DLC content

i'm probably gonna get the game again for the DLC as well, my buddy said the only one worth it was the general knoxx's armory one.
