I heard from someone on here who liked the game that said it is boring at first cause you having to go like 20 around corners but it gets better over time. Is this true? Cause I played the demo and hated it cause of the awful turning, the e-brake, regular break and just slowing down and turning still made me spin out all the time.

Not to be rude it sounds like you suck at the game, if your spinning out braking and turning then its not the game. Unless you are driving with all assists off and trying to drive with no ABS, TCS, etc then its understandable since he learning curve for it is kinda steep. Just like all sim racers you will have to start off with a slow car then work your way up, so yes it's true.

Forza is very "simmy"; you won't find any place for E-brakes or anything like that.  My advice is: if you didn't like the demo you probably won't like the game.  Forza is definitley not for everyone.

I have a feeling the person who said it's boring at first is referring to the fact you start with low grade cars with no upgrades so they are slow.  But once you get going you get better cars, more upgrades, etc...

For the spinning out bit this game isn't an arcade racer i hope you know.  You need to judge the distance and slow down early or you will just fly through the corner.  But once you get how to take the turns you can usually fly through them pretty fast.

The game isn't supposed to play like Burnout.  It's a game that takes lots of time to master.

Here, use this chart to decide if you should get the game.
  • You like racing sims = buy forza 2
  • you Don't like racing sims = don't buy forza 2.
I hope that helps.

Agreed!  If you like arcade style racing games then go buy a Wii and play Mario Kart.

IMO Mario kart racing games beat all other racing games. Especially realistic racing games, if u want that much realism why don't you get into your car and drive? That's about s realistic as you can get.
