from a scale to 1 - 10 (1 meaning no diffrence from lower resoultions and 10 meaning a major diffrence) also will a game like halo 3's graphix be better than they are on a 420i/p resoultion?
HD is better than 480i/p. but a hump from 720p or 1080i to 1080p on xbox makes little or no difference. i heard halo3 runs at a dual layered 620p or some junk, but anywho any fool knows HD is better than SD. best of luck to a noob, jk.
depends on your tv. depends on the game. most people cant really notice the difference bt 720p and 1080p on a 30". i think 40" is where you can start to notice it a little. i got a 1080p 46" and i notice ncaa 08 looked better in 1080p than 720p but it wasnt that big of a difference.
lets be real about this--H3 runs on the H2 graphics engine, so it won't look THAT much better (just a lot sharper), so I'll say a 9. But other games such as bioshock, gears of war, etc., are about an 11 going from 480i/p to 1080p.
