Does it matter if your 360 is standing up or laying down???

Why would it matter? You're telling me after all this time we've had the technology for CD's and CD trays... we can't create one that doesn't scratch discs? :? Wow...

It was designed to work both ways. I doubt you will have problems with either.

you probably would have no problems with either, but to be on the safer side id stick it horizontally, i just guess im used to all the rubbish with sonys ps2 scratching disks when placed vertically
