Does new copies of left 4 dead and street fighter iv include a month trial card?

I'm not sure about Street Fighter, but my copy of Left 4 Dead didn't.

My copy of SF4 didn't come with a month. So im gonna have to say no.

The only game I've seen that came with a trial card was grand theft auto 4.
