does odst come with all the halo 3 map packs?

I have heard conflicting stories that halo odst will have the mythic map pack, and all the other maps, on the second disk, and then I heard it wasnt, can anyone on here tell me whats up? I was going to buy the mythic map pack the other day for my halo 3, but I heard it was coming out on the odst 2nd disk, so i figured I would wait and just buy odst, to get it all instead of wasting money, can anyone help me?

If you are going to buy ODST don't buy the map packs since it comes with it on the second disc.

does anyone know if the DLC can be saved onto the hard drive and played with the HALO 3 disc or do you have to have the ODST disc to play the new maps?
