And so the Arcade,Pro. and Elite versions may still die on you with rrod.The only thing being that if your 360 has Falcon or jasper chipset then it's less likely to develope rrod.

right now they are the exact same system, they are all arcades but with a included 60gb - pro and 120 gb - elite harddrive

the elites have a differentcolor but no added airways or anything.

the only differenc between the two = was at launch the non elite consoles did not have a hdmi chip or slot. That was about 3-4 yrs ago i belive, since 2007 or even earlier all systems are identical and come off the same line.

as of now you will only run into falcons and jaspers so you are pretty well off compared to earlier. Either way you are good to go.

the xenon was the real bad one, both are beasts compared to it. Im curently riding out my extended warrenty on my xenon at best buy (biggest scam ever)to buy a new one. free repairs when its not RROD are nice but its such a hassel.
