Does the left stick feel uncomfortable to you?

I just got a 360 using money from tons of games that I sold, and I feel that the left stick is kind of uncomfortable, especially when moving forward in World at War. Does anyone else feel this way?

The 360 is the only controller to get it right with an upper left stick instead of the outdated controllers that have both sticks at the bottom making them some of the worst controllers ever invented with bad ergonomics almost to the point of injury

What the yellin' kitty cat said above. Booooo twin placed joy-sticks. I love the 360 setup... takes longer for my hands to cramp up it seems using the 360 sticks as compaired to PS3, and I just can't seem to get used to PS3 sticks after prolonged 360... ;(

Controller Jet-Lag I guess.

That's happened once, and that was because I played too long. I can't play a lot when using the Xbox 360 controller without my hands beginning to hurt.

And when I say too long, that means longer than ten hours straight.

The xbox 360 control is the best, in my opinion, the best in all gaming history. It's so comfortable and everything seems to work so well no matter what game.

analog stick wise, i think the guys at microsoft got it right . it lines up naturally with your thumbs for excellent control :)

Nah its pretty comfortable for me. I prefer the DS3 due to the size, shape, buttons (minus L2/R2), and D-pad, but the 360 controller does have better placement on the left stick and better triggers.

Eww. I HATED the original Xbox contoller. I have small hands and it was just so... BIG :cry:

The only thing that drives me nuts is the person that thought it would be a good idea to map the left stick to have a button push with it. I don't know how many countless times I have got in a fire fight on games and during the commotion hit that left stick button and my character crouches... like that's going to flippin' help! The left stick position though is perfect.raahsnavj

There's been an "L3 and R3" button for a while. The first I remember of it was the PlayStation One.

C: No, it never bothered me because the Xbox 360 controller fits perfectly in my hands.

the left stick doesn't give me any problems, prefer it..

just wish Microsoft would sort the D pad out.. they should change the cross shaped D pad for a larger thumb friendly eight pointed star shaped D pad.. it would make equipping/assigning spells ect easier whilst playing titles like Oblivion.. perhaps I just need smaller thumbs !

The 360 controller is the best. Playstation's controllers are so small and uncomfortable! I mean seriously, it's like they're made for 5 year olds, the controllers are so small! :?

But yeah, D-Pad should be changed!

As a newcomer to the xbox joypad I've noticed my middle and index finger (the ones you use on the shoulder buttons) on my left hand can ache after long sessions. This might have something to do with the position of the left thumbstick.

I was starting to think that I was the only person on here who thinks the DualShock 3 is the best controller.
