Does this frusterate anyone else about Microsoft!?

If this turns out to be true, is anyone else going to be pissed off?

I actually sold my Xbox Pro for $250 and spent another $200 to update it for the Elite, then spent another $100 on their Wireless Adapter.

If these rumors are true, I'm going to so tired of Microsoft and their ******** that I'd switch to Sony.

What are your views on that?

Why would you get an elite when the pro models all have HDMI now? Did you want the more storage space? If that was the case you should have just bought the 120GB HDD. If you are mad cause this supposed new model which isn't confirmed is going to have HDDVD then just buy the add on. It works just as good as a standalone player. Plus 360 games will not be on HDDVD cause microsoft would be alienating their entire userbase and i'm sure they aren't that stupid to do that.

I sold my old Xbox and bought the Elite BEFORE they added the HDMI.

You don't always have to have the newest and the best...

Don't forget why you have the 360 in the first place! To play video games! And you are guarenteed that with whichever console you have.

not completely decided on it. Right now MS is pretty firm on that it won't incorporate an HD DVD because its pointless when they have a external hd dvd drive. Building a 360 with an internal drive just doesn't really buy anything.

But there is a little business sense in doing it. Say MS does make this HD DVD 360... and some game comes along with has two versions, the orginal or the HD DVD version... It'd be a somewhat dickish thing to do but it would continue to push sales.

dont see why you have the need to upgrade your 360 unless you have a lot of music and videos and want to store it and then the only real need would be for the 120gb hard drive.

The same games are released it doesnt really matter what add-ons there are.
