Well some Xbox 360's do have an error in the laser lens (or something else inside the drive) so it scratches the discs, and it can REALLY be fatal for the disc, like my previous 360 before i got it replaced, it totaled my Saints row :cry: AND I PAID F***ING 100$ FOR IT:evil: and my Gears Of War disc also has gotten some "nice" scratches on it. Just in case, keep an eye out if your discs seems scratched with circurlar motions, if it does i suggest you get it replaced ASAP.DoomZaW

My guess is that he is 12 and he had to slip the guy a Target an extra $40 to get him to sell it to a kid.
