I mean, look at it! The music, the era, everything! The environment of Fallout out looks like Rapture on land above water. Just watch the trailers, even the same kind of music is palying for fallout that was for bioshock. What do you guys think? Does it let off that feeling of Bioshock in a way?

Not really, Fallout is supposed to have some sort of dark comedy in it, Bioshock was all about creating a dark, twisted mood.

Plus, alot of games look the same, I mean, Don't Rainbow Six Vegas, Ghost Recon, Fuels of War, Battlefield Bad Company, Turning Point, Hour of Victory, and Call of Duty all look essentially the same?

Compleetly different to me; the setting, the scope, the gameplay and the vibe is compleetly different. But if you must compair then Bioshock is the Fallout rip-off and not the oher way around.

The theme is the same. It's got that 60s era style. They are pretty much on opposite ends of the spectrum though. Bioshock is a serious, creepy, survival FPS and Fallout 3 is (supposed to be anyway) humorous, and an RPG.

In the opening scene of the trailer, there is a window that pops up and says "Please stand by" or something like that. I could've sworn that same window was in Bioshock.

A little, although it's just the result of Bioshock borrowing some of Fallout's presentation. The plasmid instruction screens seemed to be quite the blatant throwback to the Fallout Guy in the game manuals and his cartoon antics depicting the various perks and skills in the game.

Either way, Fallout came out ages ago. Bioshock would be ripping off it, not the other way around.

hour of victory doesn't, no. in the other games you shoot people, in hour of victory you can beat the game by just clubbing them. and to answer the TC's question, no.

Bioshock is about and underwater utopia gone wrong. Fallout is about a post nuclear armageddon, where man has bomb itself to near extinction. No, I don't see any similarity.

He doesn't think that BioWare games are RPGs, that Baldur's Gate is above average and that anyone who criticises Oblivion is a whining child; I don't think he's capable of making any sort of argument, ignorant or otherwise.
