Downloading Burnout 3

Today I started downloading Burnout 3 from the game marketplace, and I get to five percent after about an hour of downloading, and during the time of 5% the download stopped and it said that Burnout 3 could not be downloaded at the moment, it said to try again later. The question I'm asking is should it be taking this long, I have a pretty fast connection, and why did it stop downloading? I'm still logged into Xbox Live but is there something wrong withlive at the moment?

No I let it sit on the dashboard during the hour to let it download faster, look how that turned out. Is live working fine for anyone becasuse for some reason I'm logged on but is the marketplace broken or being updated right now?penguinwarrior3
