I haven't posted much on these boards at all, but I couldn't find a single thing on the Xbox website about this, and I don't want to contact them again, for I just got my system back yesterday from being repaired. If nessisary I might though.
I recently got my 360 back, and it came with a free month of live. Now that's pretty awesome, i've been thinking about doing that for a while now. I hook it up to the internet, put in the code and I'm a gold member. Halfway while I was playing my internet acted funny and I got disconnected. I'm a patient person, and I can usually wait a while. When I check the system to see if a connection is avalible (You know, the page that you need to log off your account and it goes through the small list), and after that, I log back onto my account, but I notice that my Overlord icon and background and completely gone.
I go back to themes and find that it isn't even on my harddrive anymore. No biggie, I can just download it again - I didn't need it that much anyways...
However, today when I tried to play Oblivion, I tried to load my file and suddenly it says that it doesn't have all the data that is in that file and it would load what it could. I get worried after this and check all the other things I've downloaded... All my arcade games I bought are now demos again... The only things remaining are the videos I bought.
Now, I didn't mind losing the Overlord theme, but losing over 5000 points of downloaded content definately got my panicking. I have NO clue what I did, and I know for a FACT that I didn't go into memory section like a dumbass and deleted all the things I have downloaded. The only thing I even recall deleteing was one of my demos to free up some space on my harddrive.
Please help me, I DO NOT want to buy back over 5k points of things that shouldn't have even disappeared in the first place, I have proof that I downloaded them on live. Is there anyway to get this back? Do I have to contact Microsoft?
Please, help me. Also, sorry for the long boring post.
