Dragon age armor for ME2

I haven't seen any way to get the armor you are supposed to get from Dragon Age in ME2. I signed up for an EA account with DA and went to masseffect.com to register my "collector's edition code" with ME2, which allowed me to download some other stuff. Any idea as to what I'm missing.

When you start the game and log onto the Cerberus network you'll see the Dragon Age armor as available for download
