I went to go pre-order Dragon Age CE at my local Gamestop but they stopped taking pre-orders on the Collector's Edition, I went online to Gamestop.com to try but they won't let me pre-order the 360 version CE either. I could get it from other places but is the extra in game content for Mass Effect 2 and DA a Gamestop thing or will I get it wherever I buy it?

All Collector's Editions will have...

Exclusive Collector's Edition items including: a tin game case, a bonus content CD, a cloth game map, four pieces of in-game content and an unlockable item for 'Mass Effect 2.'

I got mine from Amazon, better price and I like the Lion's Paw Boots bonus

No, right now the only bonus items they give are the boots for the character and the 5 dollars of MP3's, when it gets closer to it's release date it might get free launch delivery for Prime members but since it's not a really popular title who knows if it will.

Boots? Did you say boots? Man now I really want this game. I actaully wasn't interested in it until Today when I was watching some more videos about it. I can't believe developers keep sucking me in.

I never get collectors editions. They never live up to the expectations I set for them, and all the making of content and stuff like that you get is available on the internet anyway. Has anyone read the Dragon Age novel? is it even out yet? I am thinking of getting.

Yeah, I like the boot content

They add to armor, dodge, and evading missiles. With that boosted I'm hoping it will allow you to play more "what's that? Let's hit it wiht a stick" gameplay

Just to clarify for everyone, you get the armor for ME2 and the character shale as downloads as long as you buy a new copy of the game, either the standard edition or the collector's edition. The CE then comes with three unique items, a cloth map, and a making of dvd in a tin case. So you don't have to buy the CE to get the armor or the character shale.

Yes the Dragon Age novel "The Stolen Throne" is available for purchase. Im only up to chapter five at the moment though, however it is pretty good so far. Stolen Throne marks my third Bioware game novel in a row lol. I just finished the two ME books recently.

I was gonna purchase the CE of Dragon Age but after knowing the regular edition of the game will also give you the Mass Effect 2 armor and the new character. As long as you purchased the game new. Which to me is good enough I can live without the other features.

I was thinking of reading those. If I played Mass Effect already, is the Revelation(I think I got the name right) still worth reading?
