I have Alistair, Sten, Oghren, Morrigan, Lilliana, Dog thing and the Shale thingo at my dosposile what do u think i should have as my party? Its a really hard choice

recommendations based on class

mage: alistair, liliana, ogren or sten.

warrior: morrigan/wynne, liliana, alistair

rogue: morrigan, alistair, oghren.

if you are going into a big boss battle, you should swap alistair with sten or shale, and morrigan with wynne, simply because sten and shale can take a lot more damage than alistair, and wynne is a better healer than morrigan.

i am a dwarf commoner, lvl 15 and just did the thing with branda and the anvil void thingio. haha hope that helps

On my first playthrough as a Human 2 Handed Warrior, I had Shale, Morrigan & Wynne (Shale tanking, Wynne healing, Me & Morrigan damage). I got through the game generally fine, ofcourse there are some times where melee are unneeded (High Dragon).

On my second as a mage, I currently have Alistair, Wynne & Leliana as a Archer. You don't really need any Melee in your party except for a tank, since ranged are better 90% of the time, the gamedefiantly feels alot easier this way as well.
