DVD Player Image is Small

I am trying to play a DVD on my monitor through my 360. The image is small and centered in the middle of the screen. How do I change the image size?

on the bar where theres the play stop and everything else move you just have to move the left thumbstick and theres a control there that has like zoom and zoom full or something..just hit it once and you should be good.
