Here's the video shown at E3 today of Lionhead's "Milo Project" which uses technology from Project Natal. It's amazing.

It's the kind of thing you see and say "wow, that's cool. Hey someone look at this!"
Really it is just a few novel ideas incorporated into character on screen.
It has voice recognition and facial recognition. Milo seems to be just a really fancy tech demo for NATAL. I bet we don't see Milo again, unless it is for a game similar to Nintendogs.
Agreed, I feel to creeped out by the whole thing, I would be afraid Microsoft would see me naked or something, I would not be comfortable at all.kind of reminds me of that Pikachu game on the N64 or that fish game on the Dreamcast... It's pretty cool, but I would feel weird talking to an A.I.

The real question is why would you be playing games naked  ? Anyway it looked pretty cool and I would love to yell at him.. I wonder if games would be able to tell if you get angry at them lol.kind of reminds me of that Pikachu game on the N64 or that fish game on the Dreamcast... It's pretty cool, but I would feel weird talking to an A.I.

It's supposed to be able to respond to emotions, so I guess the answer is yes.
