ive noticed a similarity between all ea games- they freeze. ive noticed this problem since back in the xbox days with nhl and madden. now with my 360 im noticing the same problem with nhl and ncaa football. one of my friends even traded in his hockey because of that very same problem. Both consoles ive played non ea games fine no freezing. its ge]otten to the point were i dont want anything to do with ea any more

my question is are ea games prone to freezing or am i just getting really unlucky with the ea games i paly.

Ive had freezing before, but it could be to a unreadable disk, the disk scanner in the system isn't working, or it just gets to hot to work and stops working. Could be multiple problems.

Yeaah EA has some good sport titles but the game quality is not the best compared to all the other game brands out there.

....Yes and no. Almost all games suffer from the rare freezing or framerate stutters. EA, as a publisher and developer with unbelievable resources, tend to publish games that do not often freeze. While many may be uninspired, mediocre, or unoriginal, they're consistently solid in terms of graphics etc. Right now, it occurs more often. For the past three generations (including this one) early development (and yes, two years or so is early development) tools, resources, and knowledge are limited.

I noticed it on Army of Two like crazy though. That's the development team's fault. It's EA's fault for rushing development to make a buck. Fifa 08 on the other hand is nearly flawless. I haven't played Madden, NCAA, or NBA games since the SNES/Genesis, so I'll believe you if you say they freeze.
