I beleive it was about 3 months ago that i bought Oblivion for the 360. Just two weeks ago, my disk got "perfect circle" scratched and I rather not use any of the methods that apparently " fix it". When I bought oblivion, i had a gut feeling something was gunna mess up, so i decided to get the warranty. I payed an extra five bucks for it. So it is about 3 months later since i bought oblivion and now its perfect circled and not working, is it possible to return the game and exchange for a new oblivion? Or exchange the oblivion i have for a Game of the year version of oblivion( Does Oblivion and GOTY oblivion have the same save file? or will i have to restart). But my main question is, will they exchange my oblivion for another one?

Originally there warrenty is only 30 days. If you purchased the GPG for $3 then its covered for a year. They will only replace the game with the same sku though. So if its not the GOTY edition, your not going to get it.
