I just got the Shivering Isles expansion, and I was wondering how I get to the isles? nothing seemed to have changed when I got it.

There should be a small island in the lake next to Bravil, if I can recall correctly...

It takes a few days of game time to kick in, then if you talk to people they'll refer to an island thats just appeared and it gets added as a quest.

Use the wait function for 24h and and then i quest will pop up.
