Ok the elite is 470$ and the 120 gig hard drive is 170$ if you already need our what a 360 controller our headset the elite could be a better buy. 1.Buy the elite and transfer all your data from your old 360.(the trannsfer cables are free go to www.xbox.com/support ) 2.Sell 360 AND blank 20 gig hard drive on ebay(our other favorite auction site) our to a friend for anything above 300$ (its easy just though in a game our a vga cable) u could even do the gamespot thing for 250$ 3.Wirless controllers are 50$ and wirless headset 10$ the elite comes with bolth in matching black 5.With the elite you get a new 1 year warranty so about wich is about 40 dollars 6. And you get a black xbox wich some people think is 1337, imo it is pretty cool looking! You could save up to 100$ and get a new black 360! So if you what the 120 gig hard drive in some cases the elite is the way to go!

The Elite is a pointless buy...  Still makes alot of noise, heats up just like the others, and HDMI is no big deal..

Not a good buy for people who already have a 360. For newcomers, it's an excellent deal.

The premium comes with a controller and a headset so it' not a better deal.
