Elite HDMI Audio Issue! PLEASE HELP!

I am running my new Elite via HDMI through a Denon 3808 receiver.

In the audio options on the 360, I have it set to Dolby Digital 5.1

Virtually every time I start up the 360, it's outputting a digital stereo signal to my receiver, so it defaults to Pro Logic. :cry:

If I go into the audio options on the 360 and change it to Digital Stereo and then back to Dolby Digital 5.1, it works and starts sending a DD 5.1 signal to the receiver. :|

WTF. :evil:

Anyone heard of this behavior? And, yes, I have googled it to no avail.
