Yep, I made the same mistake and the messed up part is that I knew that was the only time I could get it and I knew it was on the second level. I just found that place to be so damn confusing and spent such a long time searching for it and couldn't do it so I just moved on instead.
Ah that is so annoying!! I wasnt concentrating, to busy fighting my way out of there, wondering where Charon had gone, and letting that Deathclaw out its cage!! I can get them all apart from that one!! I've got the other 2 missable ones!! Stuff it if im doin it again!! AAAAAHHHHHH!!
I missed the one in Vault 101, anyone know if I can go back and get it?switchfooted06
There are two chances to get it 1)at the very beginning before you leave to take the GOAT and 2)if you go back to do the homefront quest. If you missed it both times you are SOL.
