I'm pretty the disc has exactly the same content you would download, the only difference being that it's printed on a disc.

if you buy the disk version - GTA IV is not required. If you download them - GTA IV is required.

I'd recommend installing the Episodes no matter which one you choose. I currently have GTA IV installed, then I downloaded each episode - Lost and Damned - then Ballad of Gay Tony in order - letting them each install right after GTA IV on the hard drive. it may not make much difference, but the game is well worth installing.

It's pretty much the same. Except the radio stations. The disc version gives you Vice FM or whatever its called and you get some 80's music. The downside is I think they toke out the original music from the Core GTA 4.

Yeah, so I think with the disc version you can only listen to the new music. But with the downloaded version, you have all the GTAIV radio songs and stations.

I'd go with the disc version, just so you can play with without GTA:IV and that way neither will need to be installed on your hard drive if you're limited for space.
