Error: Black Ops server not available at this time....

Anyone else experiencing this error? It is making me so mad. It happens at 2 different times. I will be connected to xbox live but when I click xbox live in multiplayer it won't connect and I get the error. Other times I will be in a game for a minute or two and then i get the loading screen with the cod bo symbol in the bottom right then it gives me the error after getting kicked out of the game. Also when I do an xbox live connection test it will say xbox live failed after network and internet are connected then it says my MTU setting is not above 1364. And then i'll rerun the test and that won't be there and everything says its connected.

I haven't had this error, but I'm noticing that the Black Ops online multiplayer is plagued with lag. Treyarch needs to fix it.

I am having this issue as well. Good luck getting a response from "take your money and screw you Activision" as they are deleting any threads posted about it on their forums.

I have had problems too.It said can't connect to server.I wonder how long it will be down.:(
