Ok its just started and lately my internet has been acting up. like really slow page loading or not connecting at all and disconnecting etc. So i called windstream and theyll be here tommorow. im just curious if the error code is due to the internet or the 360. I also think it is worth mentioning that COD 5 says downloading game settings whenever i try to go on live and it will never download. So if you guys have information, please enlighten me.

it states that "the information youve selected is not available" or something to that extent and it happens whenever i try to go to video or xbox live marketplace. Also not sure if this is connected but as i stated i cannot play COD 5 because it just keeps saying "downloading game settings". So basically im without every xbox live capability except sometimes i can view my friends that are online. (but strangely i cant see there avatars?). Im angry right now and hopefully windstream can fix this.

Have you forwarded the correct ports for Xbox Live on your router? If so I would say it's down to the Internet connection.

well where in kentucky and we had our electricity out for a day about two weeks ago my internet started acting up after that but it did work a little while after the outage and a while before. I had strict NAT then i had OPEN NAT. It stopped working about a week ago i know its not ports. I really dont understand whats wrong.
