Error when getting Microsoft points...

I'm trying to get the CodWaW map pack, but when I try to get points, I get the error code 8015000a. All of my credit card information is up to date. Is there any way to fix this?

Not that I know of, I'm getting really frustrated with XBOX LIVE. Paying $50 for service compared to free for playstation I would expect to not have any problems.

Same thing happened to me I'm so pissed I've been waiting for this map pack forever. My cousin downloaded it and is playing right now. I hate you sometimes Microsoft! Oh well. Hopefully they fix this crap soon.

We do get much better service than PSN.

I'll have to go try it now again, but Microsoft fixed one of the problems and is now down to billing issues. Should be fixed soon.

Actually 2 of my friends were having trouble entering their pints codes earler. They just kept trying and did some other thing that I don't know of to make it work. Maps are pretty sweet though.

Settle down everyone this happens everytime a big marketplace item is released. It happened liek 2 years ago around christmas there were so many new accounts that the old ones couldnt even log on. Soon it will come back and you will be able to get yoru map pack

I used to have the same problem, and when I called Microsoft, they told me it was very common. All you have to do is call Microsoft, because the problem is that they may have either suspended your funding option on accident or they have to give you a code to enter in system settings. Seriously. Same exact thing happened to me, same error code and everything.

It isn't anything to do with the map pack, because I downloaded it just fine.
