eternal sonata crashes

hey just wondering does anybody else's eternal sonata keep crashing mine has done it about 6 times n sometimes the load screan just freezes the crashes normally happen during the story cut scene which is really annoying as i have 2 press start and skip them so its hard 2 get in to the story and it has also crashed straight after a boss fight had 2 so far and each time after i beat the boss and the cut scene comes on it crashes its really frustrating and i was just wondering if anybody else has been having these problems or is it just my 360 its the premium one if that makes any difference
