As you can see I've only got one (the other circled one is a phone line, disregard that) and only one to my computer, is there an expansion that is cheap casue I only need one more (for the xbox 360).

I don't get what you're talking about. It sounds like a bunch of drunken gibberish

I'm guessthing thats your modem, seeing that you have a cable running to it.

What you need is a router. I got the DGL-4100 for $100 and never looked back.

I can play online on my 360 and a friend can play TF2 on the computer at the same time with almost no loss in ping

you dont need a $100 router, you can probably find one for cheaper on sale and get good performance. But,dont cheap out too much if you're getting a wireless one.

Ya you don't NEED a $100 router, but it's definently worth every penny.

While I was playing COD4 my friend was getting 70ping on CS:S

Simple : Switch Ethernet ports for when you want to go online. It's free and isn't that much of an inconvenience. Or you spend $30-$50 on a router.

[edit]UKLTLEMON beat me to it...[/edit]

I am with GodLovesDead on this one. If it is not too much of a hassle, just swap out the ethernet cable between your PC and 360 when needed. If you need to have your 360 and PC online at the same time though, it becomes trickier and or cost money. There is always the option of using Windows' Internet Connection Sharing to log into XBox Live through a conection between your 360 and PC. Google "connecting 360 to PC" or something like that to find a bunch of threads that explain how. Of course, the best way is to just buy a router.
