Exactly how good is Rainbow Six: Vegas?

Well as you may not have heard this, I'll be getting R6V for my birthday (I'm turning 15), and fortunately, I'm able to play it a day before my birthday, since my actual birthday is on Monday, which is a school day unfortunately.

And I really can't wait for Sunday when I can play this AAA title, and I was wanting ask all of you here in GS, exactly how good is Rainbow Six Vegas?  Is it's single player any good?  How in-depth is the online?  Tell me all the positives about Vegas please.

Its very good. If you played Ghost Recon for the 360 you probably have a good taste for it. Demo on the Marketplace gives a pretty good feel for the game.

I think the single player is solid enough, but it is the on-line that keeps me playing this game day after day.  I started out hating the on-line at first because you get thrown in the the Vets who know every little thing about the game, and will pick you apart.  But after about a week a getting used to it you will probably end up addicted to it like most people do.  Lots of different modes and maps. 

I would say the single player is 8.5/10 and the on-line is 9/10 but that is just my humble opinion.  See you on the battlefield sometime soldier!!!
