exclusive bullet hell shmups

I'm newly addicted to the genre! I've decided that I want to get an xbox for a lot of the exclusive bullet hell shmups along with other games (like alan wake and shadow complex). I've been looking at different lists and sites and I've found 3 that I'm particularily interested and was wondering if there's any I've haven't come across that are either localized, or aren't region-locked. I've already looked through the recommendations thread but didn't find many games in that genre.

There is Ray Storm HD, and trigger heart Exilca on arcade.

but if you want a real bullet hell game get into the Touhou series.

question: is the touhou games PC only? I own a pretty good laptop so I shouldn't have a problem either way but that youtube video you linked looked AWESOME

touhou games are really simple to run. Impershible night (Touhou 8 (the linked video)) is considered one of the easier ones too.
