I just wanted to know if it has happenned to anyone else.

It happenned to me in a level, i killed all sisters that were marked in the menu when pressing start, but all of a sudden another one came in front of me and when i killed her an extra little sister appeared in the menu also.

It happened to me too but I died before I could kill the big daddy. And when I came back the extra little sister was no where to be found.

Yes, it is in the Sander Cohen level after you kill or harvest all others , by the big staircase.

That happened to me. I got an extra 2 in one level then another extra one in the next.

Yeah this happened to me on the first level that little sistes appear. It was weird because she had blond hair instead of the normal black hair.

yeah its kind of a big glitch ,I think, cause you get the achievement for saving or harvesting them before killing them all.

Yeah that happened to me, and I got the dealt with every little sister achievement early cus on the menu I still had one left.

its a fun glitch. i had an extra little sister to with blonde hair. Some of the Big Daddy's that didn't have a little sister constantly look in the holes for them so i assume maybe one or two of them found a little sister in a hole.
