fable 2, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Ok, I beleived all the hype. I went out and got this game before I read any reviews, man am I sorry. I am going to try and return it.

The combat system is so bad, its basically just bashing buttons, no skill.

The whole build relationship thing is a joke. Its laughable and embarrasing doing gestures to communicate with poeple. Makes the whole thing cheap.

The graphics are cartoony and annoying. The game really feals like a kids game. When you kill somone with your weapon they bounce accross the screen, looks so stupid.

The whole thing is basically boring. I expected so much more. Bad gameplay, bad graphics and the actual game is really short I hear, maybe thats a good thing.

I not the type to troll, but you sir, definitely seem like your having fun trolling. The game is bad "boo hoo", just bring it back and get a new game. Your not gonna change anyones opinion b/c if it looks interesting enough, people will either rent it or buy it. So save you and your new account the headache of getting suspended or even banned :)

ehh Fable 1 was'nt all that it was good but Molyneux needs to learn to keep his promises and make an actual living breathing, world the game's still fun as hell though but I could care less about the one dimensional world and morals.

yeah but he promises choices and consequences and a great world while the scenary is great the world you must admit is one dimensional and has very little interaction with the NPC's and the NPC's seem to just walk around all day and occasionally go to sleep.

wasting money is putting it in a garbage disposal.
'spending' money is buying a game and not liking it, so we're really not 'wasting' our money by buying fable 2

BUT ANYWAYS, from the reviews thus far (OXM, IGN) the game sounds legit, i just don't know if its worth getting over fallout 3. i think i can wait till christmas for fable 2.

well actually I use this board to view other players opinions on this game. This guy says the game is crap. I might take his word for it. I have no reason to doubt him, seeing as how I haven't played the thing yet.

Well im just giving my opinion as a serious gamer, this game is an insult.

Some of the reviews have hit on the bad points, but this game is at most an 7.5, its crazy what people score.

Im with you! If you played fable one then you should know what to expect from the graphics and gameplay cause its a guess what........ sequel! Like every big game that comes out it was over hyped but we all knew that before hand its not anything new to us. But for those who enjoyed the first one they will love this one cause its the core game of the first but with a bigger engine so to speak. I'm not bashing your opinion cause if you didn't like it theres nothing wrong with that but your reason were just so funny cause you could have avoided that game all together by saying you didn't like the first. 9 out of 10 times if you don't like the first you won't like the second. Word to the wise.

if its ass bad as you say then giving it a 7.5 is being nice, since when is a 7.5 a bad score, its not great but its not bad either.

You are intitled to your opinion, as is everyone, and its good to express that opinion, but maybe your wording could have used some help.

I havn't played yet, but one bad review isn't going to change whether I buy the game or not.

So your telling me you base your decision on buying games solely on a teenager rambling. I mean fine, if you spend your money like that, but me, I work a little harder to make a paycheck, in-between going to school (USF), so i base my decision on more solid information, like reviews or people that i know, not some angry kid online , who probaly doesn't like the game b/c he: 1) Doesn't play games like these or 2) Created a different image of the game in his head, and was disapponited b/c he hyped himself to a game that wasn't what he thought it was gonna be. I'm sorry my friend ( A McCain saying), but i think your alone on this one, and if not then, people just don't value money as much as i thought

You have to embrace the experience; Fable II is so much more than just a game. You can breeze through the main story in 10 hours, but that's not what it's about. It's about watching your character grow, experiencing the story, buying shops and houses, raising a family, training your dog, accepting quests, making friends, and upgrading your skills.

That's how I'm playing the game, and I love it.

It's everything that Molyneux promised and more, IMO.
