Fable 2: Don't Waste Your Money

Alright, well I just beat it and I have to say that it is just the dumbest thing I've ever seen. There are no spoilers in this post so read without fear.

The game is mediocre but it's still easy to have fun. I enjoyed playing, not so much for the story, but for the combat. Contrary to what a lot of people are saying, I'm in love with the combat... Maybe it's just because I love filling the area with fire and then smashing and shooting people, but whatever.

Anyway, until I beat this game I thought it was decent, nothing spectacular, but decent. Then the ending came and it made me just hate the entire game. It feels like... anxiously awaiting Christmas, only do get absolutely nothing. It's an embarrassment.

So, there you have it - if you don't give a crap about story or gameplay but love smashing things then buy fable 2. Otherwise, rent it and beat it in 3 days.

Seriously, yeah ten hour campaighn (or something like that dont hold me to it) whatever, over a hundred hours of gameplay in the game is what matters. you obviously played through with tunnel vision instead of enjoying the amazing immersive world of things to do.tgh93_29

Totally agree! I also think it's made even more fun with co-op even if you can't use your actual character and the camera is kind of crappy. This game is sweet!

Lol, no I did almost all of the side quests and bought a few houses and several shops. I even got married and had a kid. By no means did I have "tunnel vision" I logged about 25 hrs into it. The entire time I was anticipating the final dungeon and boss (which are normally the most challenging). Since nothing in the game was ever hard (I never got knocked out) I was hoping the end would give me a run for my money. And to say that it was dissapointing would be an understatement; it's pretty terrible.

This happens with every game. Someone was expecting something that was probably out of the realm of reality, got hyped up, then was ultimately let down by their own expectations. I've heard nothing but praise for this game. My opinion, the game just insn't for you, but that doesn't mean that others won't enjoy it.EnderSR388
