I was looking at the description of the Fable 2 Collectors edition and it said something along the lines of 'additional in-game content'. Is this just the gambling games that you can buy separately or something different?

Its an extra dungeon/cave, sword, and other worldly content (which I think was confirmed to be the halo style armor)

amazon has it listed as some dungeon a weapon and some "otherworldly bonus"

Thats all for the additional in-game content. You also get a bonus "making of" disc, a hobbe figurine, and "fate cards" whatever those are...

I think they were described as Fable style tarot cards.

the Halo armor comes with the special edition??? I might just cancel my pre-order for the normal and get the SE version. :D

But 20$ for just an extra sword, dungeon, and some halo armor? Thats fine for you to justify spending 20$ extra on it, but I wont. If it was 70$ like other collector editions i'd buy it.
