fable 2 pub games help

i got the fable 2 oub games the other day and i have inlocked all of the items at the first star level. what do i do to unlock the other tournaments? do i keep on gambling and level up, or is their another way.

Also, what is the best game that you can play to easily rack up Fable 2 bucks?

I haven't yet found the quickest way to earn Gold. Slow and steady it seems to me (at least you've still got plenty of time to build up a nice stash).

On point though, you have to level up the gambler you're using to the appropriate star level before you can enter better tournaments.
