I recently started playing Fable 2 and was just wondering if you could still go fishing cause I havent found a rod yet?

for some reason they removed fishing. however there are 'dive' spots in some areas of water.

Im getting a 360 today.. along with nba 2k9.. i'm getting probably one more possibly 2 more games.. Fable 2 a good choice? i liked the first one alright..
